TOOLS FOR WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN A SCENARIO OF WATER SCARCITY

Presentation of different tools for the management of water resources, based on the concept of minimum ecological flow for the sustainable distribution of the resource, in a scenario of climate change and water scarcity that severely affect the region. In addition, it will be analyzed how these tools can be incorporated into the discussion of the granting of water rights, in a context of constitutional changes for Chile.
